Hi, I'm Rasha! I'm a hybrid soul from the Middle East and Asia who grew up in sunny Kuwait, and I currently live in Toronto. 

I am an avid reader, a mindfulness teacher, a soulful traveller, and a person who enjoys learning about people. I admire the inner works of the mystic sufis, ancient yogis, enlightened Buddhists, and the intellectual words of stoic philosophers and modern scientists. I continue to be inspired by the merge between science and mysticism as a way to see and understand the world around me. 

I created this space to share all the stories and insights I have learned over the years whilst on my own journey towards self-healing.

From yoga to mindfulness, to mental wellness, to journaling, to bibliotherapy, to traveling, to mundane everyday life,  I'm humbled to share my world with you. 

I believe that healing and life are never linear. Instead, the meaning of life lies in all the remarkable stories that continue to shape our understanding of who we are, what our purpose in life is, and inspire us to live life with more meaning, intention, and be part of a greater community.
